- Infuse one tea pyramid in 100 ml water
- Brew for 3+ mins
- Drink hot or top up with ice for iced

Not a major fan if tea or ginger so both were given away.. I'm told the fruit tea was nice but a friend couldn't drink the black tea unfortunately.

Loved it
Loved this tea, had never heard of the brand before this months box, gave a better punch than a cup of coffee and had a great taste too, the smell alone would hook you on it

Not for me
Fabulous packaging unfortunately I couldn't try mine as cant even handle the smell of ginger since I drank a lot of it going through chemotherapy ( it helps with sickness) but I gave them to a friend and she loved them
