The shampoo is in more of a thin cream color with a soft pleasant rose scent, feels natural and not overwhelming. Feels very gentle on your hair. I will say the bottle is quite small compared to the price and maybe as it doesn’t really foam. I feel I need quite a bit of product to get my hair to feel clean so unsure if it’s value for money, but when they are dry they are perfect
