Aqua/Water/Eau, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Dimethicone, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Ethylhexylglycerin, Parfum (Fragrance), PVP, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.
After shampooing, gently work into mid-lengths and ends of hair. Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner.

It was good but not great
As a person who has recently undergone a dramatic colour change with my hair having been bleached, it can get very dry if I don't use good quality conditioners. This was good, but the softness and protection of my hair did not last that long.
